Policies

Payment.  Payment is due during our initial visit to begin service.  For ongoing service, we will send an email to you with a link to setup automatic payments billed every four weeks.  If we have not received payment prior to the next service date, a $15 late fee will be charged.  We accept all major credit cards, no cash or checks.  To cancel or change service, please give us a call.
 
Initial Visit.  An estimate of the initial cleanup fee will be provided during the initial visit.  A $100 minimum applies.  
 
No contracts.  There are no contracts.  Service may be cancelled anytime without penalty.

Dog Policy.  If your dog is friendly and allows visitors to come onto your property, he/she may stay in the yard.  If your dog is aggressive and is not secure when we arrive, we can not complete the service.  However, you will be charged for the visit.  We will return on your next scheduled service date.  

 

Property Access/Debris.  If we cannot access your yard due to locked gate or blocked entrance; or if we cannot service your yard due to high grass, leaf debris or other instance that prevents us from getting to the dog poop, you will be charged for the visit.  We will return on your next scheduled service date. 
 
Relocation.  Contact us at least 7 days in advance of your move.  If you are moving within our service area, indicate your new address so we may provide continuous service.  If you are moving outside our service area, cancel your service within 24 hours of your next scheduled service to avoid being charged.

 

Suspension of Service.  If you are going on vacation and need to suspend your service because your dog will not be on the property, please give us a call.
 

Inclement Weather.  We do not provide poop removal service during rain and thunderstorms, and when air quality is poor.  Your service will continue on your next service date.  You will still be charged because when we return there will be twice the dog poop.

 

Holidays.  We do not work on MLK Day, Independence Day, Memorial Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Black Friday, and  Christmas Eve through New Years Day.  Your service will resume the following week.  No refunds are given because the dog poop will be double the amount.

 

Satisfaction Guarantee.  We strive to keep our customers happy!  If you contact us within 24 hours of your last dog poop removal service date, we will return to your home to make it right.  Please note that we cannot guarantee a complete dog poop removal service if the poop is loose (diarrhea), or the area is muddy, rocky, overgrown with grass or weeds, or covered with leaves.  Guarantee does not apply to the above mentioned policies.

 

No Refunds.  At no time do we issue refunds for monies already collected.  When canceling service, if the last day of service is not indicated, the date notification is received applies.
